Order Attention

• We do not accept the delivery address :PO BOX / APO / FPO.
• Address is as detailed as possible, be sure to be found on google Maps, be sure to include the street, house number, etc.
• Customers in Japan must provide their real names.
• Customers in Korea must provide the correct Personal Customs Code.
• Customers in Taiwan must provide their real name and ID in a note or email

We ship our products to most countries, you will find all the details while you checkout, shipping costs are calculated at checkout as well. Please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be manufactured and 10 more business days to be shipped. However we try our best. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking code via email. We do not assume responsibilities for missing and lost packages. We are not responsible for import taxes and duties.
